Last session of the month
We cannot normally replace sessions you have missed. However, whenever it is deemed possible, Konversando will find a way to offer make-up sessions to be used within the current subscription.
In the case of two consecutive absences without notice, Konversando reserves the right to terminate the current subscription without reimbursing any outstanding sessions nor the registration fee. Public holidays do not count as absences. Other non-refundable days are those on which Konversando cannot guarantee its normal functions for reasons beyond its control (eg. public transportation strikes).
Konversando's friendly and relaxed atmosphere is a pleasant by-product of its linguistic activities. Nonetheless, we insist on appropriate behaviour and dress. Konversando is a non-smoking establishment.
